We have several unique sponsorship opportunities that include:

Presenting Sponsor: One Sponsorship Per Show

You Can’t Take It With You is the GLHS Fall Play with a potential reach of 2,250+ people over the course of three performances November 9-11, 2023.
Investment: $1000

Little Shop of Horrors will be the first Black Box musical with a potential reach of 240+ people over the course of three performances January 18-20.
Investment: $600

Something Rotten is the premier GLHS Spring Musical with a potential reach of 3,000+ people over the course of four performances May 9-12, 2024.
Investment: $1400

Presenting Sponsorship Includes the Following:

  • Business name on electronic marquee, marketing posters and any news releases associated with the specific event you sponsored
  • Acknowledgment in show program and in pre-show speech
  • Social media callout via the GLHS PAB and Gahanna ITS social media pages
  • Name and logo on the Gahanna Theatre website
  • Name and logo on show t-shirt sleeve worn by cast and crew members
  • Name and logo featured at the top of the lobby banner
  • Complimentary tickets to the sponsored show
    • Two tickets for Black Box
    • Four tickets for Fall Play, Varsity Varieties and Spring Musical
  • Literature available in the lobby at all performances

Supporting Sponsor: All Shows

Investment: $500

Supporting sponsors will be listed for each show and receive the following benefits:

  • Name and logo on the Gahanna Theatre website
  • Acknowledgment in show program and in pre-show speech
  • Literature available in the lobby at all performances
  • Social media callout via the GLHS PAB and Gahanna ITS social media pages
  • Two tickets to one performance of choice

Program Supporters

All donors at the levels below will have their names listed in the back of our show program and receive a GLHS theatre sticker to proudly display at home, work or school.

  • Producer: $250-$450
  • Director: $151-$249
  • Star: $51-$100
  • Fan: $25-$50

**Donations of $250 or more will also receive free advertising at our shows this school year and receive a social media call out.

  • Please fill out the sponsorship selection Google sheet and email to Celina Lowrie at along with your logo, etc.
  • Please make checks payable to GLHS Performing Arts Boosters and send to: Celina Lowrie, Fundraising Chair, 853 Hensel Woods Ct., Gahanna, OH 43230
  • We welcome donations via check or, if you prefer, via PayPal at gahannalincolnpab@gmail.com.

A charitable donation receipt will be provided to you for tax purposes.
